Welcome to the demo of our intelligent rice color sorting machine. In this video, we will walk you through the steps of how our machine sorts rice grains based on their color. Our state-of-the-art technology ensures precise sorting, improving the quality of rice and reducing manual labor.
Rice Loading
In this first step, we load the raw rice into the feeding hopper of the color sorting machine. The grains are evenly spread out on the conveyor belt, ready for the sorting process.
Optical Sensor Inspection
Once the rice grains are in place, the machine's high-resolution optical sensors scan each grain as it passes through the inspection zone. These sensors capture detailed information about the color and appearance of each grain.
Color Analysis and Comparison
The captured data is then processed by the machine's intelligent software, which performs a meticulous analysis of the grain's color. The software compares the color of each grain to a pre-set standard, determining if it falls within the acceptable range or if it deviates in color.
Sorting Decision
Based on the color analysis, the software makes a split-second decision about the sorting of each rice grain. If a grain is found to be within the predetermined desired color range, it is categorized as good and continues on the conveyor belt towards the designated output chute.
Air Ejection
For grains that are determined to be outside the acceptable color range, the sorting machine utilizes precisely calibrated air jets or mechanical arms to remove those grains from the main stream. This process happens in a fraction of a second, ensuring efficient and accurate sorting.
Sorted Rice Collection
In the final step, the sorted rice grains are collected separately based on their grades or colors. Multiple output chutes are provided to accommodate different quality grades or color specifications, allowing for efficient packaging or further processing.
