The purpose of this report is to document the findings of our long steam rice color sorting test in our company. The objective of the test was to determine the efficiency and effectiveness of a color sorting machine in sorting long steam rice based on its color.

The test involved a sample of long steam rice grains, which were manually sorted into three different color categories: white, yellow, and discolored. These categories were chosen because they represent the most common color variations found in rice grains.

The color sorting machine used in the test was equipped with advanced optical sensors capable of analyzing the color of each rice grain and sorting them accordingly. We set the machine to sort the rice grains into the same three color categories: white, yellow, and discolored.

The test was conducted in a controlled environment to ensure accuracy. The rice grains were placed in the feeding hopper of the machine, and the sorting process was initiated. The machine quickly analyzed the color of each grain and sorted them into the appropriate category. 

The results of the color sorting test were impressive. The machine accurately sorted 98% of the rice grains into their respective color categories. Only 2 out of the 100 grains were misclassified, which indicates a high level of efficiency and precision.

Furthermore, the sorting process was completed in a timely manner. The machine successfully sorted all 100 grains within a matter of minutes, demonstrating its efficiency in handling large quantities of rice.

Based on these results, we conclude that the color sorting machine is highly effective in sorting long steam rice based on color. Its accuracy and speed make it a valuable tool in the rice processing industry, ensuring that only high-quality grains reach the market.

In conclusion, our long steam rice color sorting test revealed that the color sorting machine is a reliable and efficient solution for rice processing. Its ability to accurately sort rice grains based on color can contribute to the production of superior-grade rice.
